  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders placed with international addresses will not be processed.

  • No hidden fees or additional handling charges


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orivenza Women is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

  • Please allow sufficient time for the carrier’s tracking system to reflect accurate delivery status.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Orivenza Women is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

  • While we will do our best to help track your package, Orivenza Women is not liable for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
